These are really nice desserts served with custard.
You could change the jam to any flavour you like.

You Will Need (6 things)
- Raspberry Jam
- 100 g Self-Raising Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Milk
Steps (5 steps, 40 minutes)

Heat oven 190 degrees
Place some jam in the bottom of the ramekins.

Beat the remaining ingredients together

Place cake mixture on top of jam

Cover with foil & pour in hot water until half way up the ramekins.
Bake for 30 mins until cooked through.

Turn out the pudding & serve.
