A berry twist on the classic Long Island Ice Tea!

A twist on a Long Island Ice Tea, this version calls for the usual rum, vodka, gin and tequila but replaces the triple sec with Chambord. Stirred together with a splash of cherry coke and served tall over crushed ice with frozen berries and lemon slices, this is a fruity boozy drink sure to hit the spot.

You will need

15 mm Vodka 15 mm Gin 15 mm Tequila 15 mm Chambord Liqueur 15 ml Dark Rum Juice from half a Lemon Cherry Cola Crushed Ice Lemon slices Frozen Berries

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a tall glass with crushed ice, lemon slices and frozen berries.

2. 

   Add equal measures of vodka, gin, tequila, Chambord raspberry liqueur and the juice from half a lemon. Top with cherry cola and stir before serving.
