Make a raspberry filling with Vegan East
Put the frozen raspberries in a pot with the sugar. Mix the water and arrowroot together and then pour over into the pot of raspberries and sugar. Cook on medium-high-ish heat (I use the 6-7 dial on my stove). Cook until it starts to get thick, then remove from heat and add the vanilla and sea salt. It will get thicker as it cools.
