Inspired by the way Love.Gin marries local flowers with exotic fruit, this cocktail combines rose and raspberries for an indulgent Valentine's cocktail. If you want to make it extra special, top it with Champagne.

Step 1If you'd like to make your own rose infused vodka, fill a clean glass bottle with fresh edible rose petals and fill with vodka. Leave to infuse for 1 to 2 days and then strain the vodka to remove the petals.

Step 2Place the fresh raspberries in a tall champagne flute and muddle with the end of a straw.

Step 3Add the love.gin and rose vodka or rosewater.

Step 4Fill with ice.

Step 5Top with soda water or Champagne.
