Step 1
Pour in a box of white cake betty crocker mix

mix in 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 3 egg whites

separate into 4 parts

add food coloring to each part

Step 5
put oven on 350 and bake for about 20-25 minutes

Step 6
let cool then put blue food coloring in whit icing but leave some white for the clouds

Step 7spread on blue icing and put the white icing in palstic bag and cut off tip and then make clouds.....ENJOY

soooo how do you layer it? just pour the colours on top of each other? ooor what?
