I took an old pajama and with one of the sleeves made this adorable cloud, the idea of adding ribbons to simulated a rainbow came after realizing the cloud needed some color!!!!.....I chose those polka dots ribbon because were the only ribbons I had plus I love everything that has dots, hearts, squares, stripes on.....so I thought this would be a beautiful idea!

an old t shirt or pajama would do, but if you want to buy a cloth is OK too..... is up to you. In my case, I cut a sleeve of an old pajama, drew the cloud cut the shape and sewed both side together. (leaving the bottom, without sewing) (cut a cloud and a strip)
Cut even pieces of ribbon (each color), sew them (the order you like) to the strip of cloth and place it inside the cloud. put cotton or stuff inside the cloud too and finish sewing the cloud.
paint or draw the face (eyes and mouth put some blush on cheeks) and sew the safety pin on the back and were're done!!! If you don't want it with face and skip that.
