This is a rainbow cake i made! The first few photos were my first attempt (i was very pleased) and the last few are my 4th; ive only made it for special occasions because it takes a lot of ingredients and time! Its so worth the effort though because it can make a great gift and tastes fantastic!!! Its a really big cake and very very sugary so it can feed up to 15 people or more! Each coloured layer is dyed and baked individually and then towered up with icing between each layer to hold it together. Jam or anything else would probably work amazingly too! Let me know what you think and id like to see other attempts/variations; the possibilities are endless x
