Based on Rag Rug Get Rid Of All Those Scraps!!! by The AfterCraft
Took me ages to do this, but mostly because I would do some, then put it off, then do some more, etc. But finished it the other day and it looks great!. It did have a few lumps in it, so when sewing don't make it too tight as you line up your plaited bits around.
