The Juicy Lucy burgers went down so well the other night that I decided to make more today, stuffing them with Quorn chorizo this time!

You Will Need (7 things)
- 2 Quorn Burgers
- Quorn Chorizo
- Mustard
- Bbq Sauce
- Parmesan
- Pickles
- Bagels
Steps (3 steps, 5 minutes)

Cut a slit in the middle of the Quorn burger large enough for a slice of Quorn chorizo. Cut two slices of Quorn chorizo and top one with BBQ sauce and parmesan and the other with mustard.

Place one slice on top of the other and slide into the burger. Top the burger with parmesan and grill in the oven for 8 minutes.

Serve on a toasted bagel with sliced pickles on top.
