Quorn Bacon & Cheese Egg Cups

You Will Need (5 things)

  • 4 rashers of Quorn Bacon
  • 2 Cheese Slices
  • 2 Eggs
  • Dried Herbs
  • Cake Circles

Steps (6 steps, 25 minutes)

    Before you begin cut your Quorn bacon and cheese slices to the same height as your cake circles.

    Fry the Quorn bacon until cooked.

    Place your cake circles in a hot frying pan and carefully fold the bacon into a circle with a cheese circle inside.

    Crack an egg inside each circle.

  5. 5

    Leave the egg to cook for about 15 minutes or until it's no longer runny on top. Remove the cake circles and sprinkle with dried herbs.

    Serve hot. If cooked right, the eggs will be fully cooked with a slightly runny yolk!
