Make your own whole wheat crust for pizza, calzones, and more.
Preheat the oven to 400.
Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit 5 minutes.
Add salt, flour, and olive oil and knead in extra flour. Let it sit another 5-7 minutes.
Oil your pan and pat out the crust! Add toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes.
