These Quick N Cute Graham Cracker Ghosts are such a fun, cute, delicious and super easy Halloween treat that anyone can make them!
Carefully break apart graham crackers at perforations to make four strips from each cracker. Melt the candy coating according to package directions giving special care not to overheat the candy. If the candy coating is overheated, it will be too thick. You can add 2 teaspoons of vegetable shortening to help thin the candy but do not add any other type of liquid as the candy will seize and harden.
Using a small spoon, drop some candy coating on each graham cracker piece. Tap the graham cracker with your finger or a clean utensil to help the candy coating move into a smooth, ghostly shape.
Insert two mini chocolate chip morsels for eyes. Allow candy coating to harden before serving. Serve on a fun tray or deliver to your "Boo"tiful friends in little cellophane treat bags!
