This is a punky Wrist cuff OR choker... it has 2 uses! :-)
I made this from an old tartan skirt i had... that had gone slightly pink in the wash. The hardest part, was gathering up the lace. The whole thing was pretty straight forward to be honest. But it looks great and im pleased with the result.
