super easy project from "PS-I Made This" - i used a plain black tank and found a package of safety pins (all different sizes) at the dollar store, so this was really a cheap project for me:)
super easy project from "PS-I Made This" - i used a plain black tank and found a package of safety pins (all different sizes) at the dollar store, so this was really a cheap project for me:)
there really isnt much of a a tutorial.... you just take pins, open them, loop several smaller ones onto each one and pin them on-- after you start pinning, keep holding the shirt up to see how they are falling- then you can adjust, or add pins as needed
