Tasty use for pumpkin seeds
First, take all the seeds out of the pumpkin and collect them in a pot. remove as much of the strings as possible. You don't have to wash them - it adds to the flavour. but you can if you want.
spread the seeds out on a greaseproof paper.
I put small lumps of butter on mine.
The 3 sections have added sugar, salt and plain.
You can experiment with different herbs and spices, anything really.
Set oven to 180 C (about 350 F)
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes (until golden/brown)
Take out and enjoy !! (but watch out, they're pretty hot !!)
