The perfect Fall oats recipe
A delicious Fall recipe for healthy spiced pumpkin oats. The perfect warming dish packed with nutrients.
Add to a pot the oats, pumpkin and water and bring to the boil;
Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the spices;
Simmer until cooked (approximately 5-10 minutes) and then remove from the heat. Add stevia (or preferred sweetener) to taste;
Remove the cloves and spoon into a serving bowl. Top with coconut yogurt and dust with cinnamon.
