Pumpkin Maple Cake

You will need

¾ cup Flour ¾ tsp Baking Powder ½ tsp Baking Soda ½ tsp Sea Salt ¾ tsp Cinnamon ½ tsp Ginger 2 Eggs ¾ cup Pumpkin Puree ⅗ cup Cane Sugar 1 tbsp Molasses 3/10 cup Canola Oil 1 tbsp Pure Maple Extract
Cream Cheese Buttercream
⅗ cup Butter 2 tbsp Heavy Cream 2 tsp Vanilla 3 3/10 cup Confectioners Sugar 6 oz Cream Cheese 3 tbsp Real Maple Syrup for finishing drizzle

Instructions

1. 

   Pumpkin Maple Cake One Dozen Combine first 6 ingredients (dry) in small bowl, set aside. Mix together the last 5 ingredients (wet) in a medium sized bowl. Add the dry ingredients into the wet slowly and mix until just combined.

2. 

   Scoop into lined muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes.

3. 

   Cream Cheese Buttercream Add all ingredients (minus maple syrup) into the bowl of a stand mixer. Start off on slow speed and work your way up to fast. Beat for 5 minutes.

4. 

   Pipe into cooled cupcakes and drizzle with maple syrup!
