Pulled pork sandwiches are super popular, and rightfully so considering how delicious they are! However, some people may want a healthier alternative to bread. Others may want a new way to eat pulled pork. I decided to make a pulled pork wrap to try something new and I have never seen pulled pork wraps anywhere. I admit I am not the best at folding wraps, so the image is not the best. However, I think that the consistency of pulled pork will not have an effect on the ability to fold the tortilla wrap (tuna wraps are a thing so...). I made mine with just pulled pork, but you can add things such as cheese or cole slaw.
