You can create beautiful nail art designs by using small flowers and leaves found in your garden, on your nails.

  • How to paint patterned nail art. Pressed Flower Nail Art - Step 1
    Step 1

    Find some small petals, flowers or leaves and press them between sheets of tissue in are large heavy book.

    Allow at least one day for the flowers to press flat before using them.

    Paint your nails in a complementary colour and using tweezers, gently place petal or leaf onto your painted nail.

    This design uses a pale pink petal on white polish.

Such a good idea! I've always wanted to press flowers/plants but never knew what to actually use them for . (besides laminating them and making bookmarks [wherefore I would need a laminator]) This is so intuitive and really really cute.
