I brought home this sewing kit for my 4 year old right before I was due to have our second baby. I wanted an activity that would keep her hands busy while I needed time with the baby. She fell in love and worked on it for two hours straight the first time I gave it to her. It's easy for her to pull it out and get started on it whenever she wants. Makes a great Birthday or Christmas gift!

You will need

Plastic Embroidery Needle Embroidery Thread Plastic Mesh Small Scissors buttons with large holes Container to hold it all (I used a craft tackle box)

   Buy tackle-box like organizer at hobby store. Fill with: -Embroidery Thread -Plastic Embroidery Needle -Plastic Mesh -Large Hole Buttons -Small Scissors

2. 

   Let your child do whatever patterns they choose!
