Rossetti's 'The Bower Meadow'
As part of my art project, I've been looking at the work of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood. So, for a response, I took a figure from one of Rossetti's paintings and drew her with oil pastels because I find that they're better for blending and colour (plus, I find them easier to work with than paint!). I've always found it difficult to draw people, but after a bit of practise, I think something's finally clicked!

Hope you like :-)

Wauw, that really is amazing!
The hair looks so realistic. I'm always having trouble when drawing hair, and it usually screws up the whole drawing. This is really as it should be, very nice done Happy
