Assembly time does not include drying time. Crumple tissue paper onto separate piece of cardstock; apply with Mod Podge and let dry over night Apply stamping ink or diluted craft paint to dried tissue paper & let dry Layer the embossed card stock & stamped vellum Use pop dots under layers as desired
