These are super tasty. Make more than you need because everyone will want more.

You will need

4 large Potatoes Cubed 5 cloves Garlic Minced 2 Shallots Chopped 2 tbsp Paprika 1/4 cup Olive Oil Salt Pepper 2 tbsp dried Parsley 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 175 degrees. Part boil the potatoes. Mix together the potatoes, garlic, onion, paprika, oil, salt & pepper.

2. 

   Spread on a tray. Bake for 25 mins until tender.

3. 

   Toss in lemon juice & parsley.

4. 

   Serve.
