Step 1Heat oven 175 degrees.
Part boil the potatoes.
Mix together the potatoes, garlic, onion, paprika, oil, salt & pepper.

Step 2Spread on a tray.
Bake for 25 mins until tender.

Step 3Toss in lemon juice & parsley.

Step 4Serve.
