Tasty & easy to make.

You will need

500 g Pork 1/4 cup Soya Sauce 2 tbsp Oil 1 small Leek 2 cloves Garlic 600 g mixed Vegetables 2 pints Stock 400 g Noodles Hard Boiled Eggs Spring Onions

Instructions

1. 

   Marinade the pork in soya sauce overnight.

2. 

   Heat oil, cook pork.

3. 

   Add leek & garlic. Cook for a few mins.

4. 

   Add veg. Cook for a few mins

5. 

   Add stock. Bring to a boil.

6. 

   Add noodles. Cook until softened.

7. 

   Serve with a garnish of spring onion & egg.
