Popeyes Chicken
I've never eaten Popeyes's chicken so I don't know how accurate this recipe is.
Besides that, the chicken was nice, crisp & moist.

You Will Need

Step 1Mix all brine ingredients together.
Pour over the chicken & leave for atleast 4 hrs but best overnight.
Remove from the fridge 30 mins before you need it.

Step 2Mix all the breading ingredients together.
Heat the oil.

Step 3Coat the chicken in the breading mixture.

Step 4Place into the oil.
Fry until cooked through.

Step 5Drain on paper.
Serve.
