• 

  Step 1

  Collect all your polymer clay and your other materials.

  Note: for Zi a lighter blue polymer clay would be better. I had only dark blue so later in the steps i mix dark blue with some white.

  Step 2

  Starting with some yellow, roll it out until it gets softer. Folding it and rolling, folding it and rolling.

• 

  Step 3

  Do the same with some light blue.

  If you like ma dont have any use some dark blue and mix it with white. rollin it together. Keep rolling till the two colours are mixed.

• 

  Step 4

  Now use a little bit of polymer clay and roll it into a ball. This will be Pon's head.

  Do the same with some blue, for Zi's head.

• 

  Step 5

  Make a short cylinder type shape thats bigger at one end.

• 

  Step 6

  Roll a small amount of yellow clay and cut two long triangle. These will be the arms.

• 

  Step 7

  Now attach the arms like in the image. (the image is sidewards)

  Repeat steps 5-7the same with some blue clay for Zi.

• 

  Step 8

  Roll out some pink polymer clay. cut out two really tiny hearts with a blade. This is a bit tricky.

• 

  Step 9

  Press them on the side of their chests.

  Refer to the image but sorry it is sidewards.

• 

  Step 10

  This is a technique called caneing. It is not hard but it will take a few images to explain.

  First, roll out some black clay. trim the edges so its a rectangle.
  Lay a rolled bit of white on the edge.

• 

  Step 11

  Roll it up, so there is one thin layer of black covering the white. Cut off any excess.

• 

  Step 12

  Roll it until the tube gets thin enough that the cross section is the size of what the eyes should be. About 3 mm in diameter.

• 

  Step 13

  Cut a cross-section with the blade.

• 

  Step 14

  It should look like this.

• 

  Step 15

  Cut out four circles.

  NOTE: When cutting the blade may warp the shape making them slightly oval shape. Like in the image. Fix this with your fingers.

  Step 16

  Grab one of the heads and dig out a little cirle, so its a small hole for the eye. make two in each head.

  It's a bit hard to see in the image.

  Step 17

  Place the eyes in the holes and press them in lightly.

  With some balck clay roll a really thin bit and cut it with the blade.
  These will be their mouths. Place them on the heads, pressing them in lightly.

• 

  Step 18

  Get a tiny bit of left over clay and kneed it until its really really soft and slightly sticky. This will act as a glue for the head and body. Put this on Pon's body like a neck and pressing the head on. make sure none of the "neck" bit is visible.

  Do the same with Zi.

• 

  Step 19

  You can leave your characters as is or make them into charms.

  For the charms you need 2 eye pins. Push these through each of their heads making sure they go through to their bodies.

• 

  Step 20

  Pull the eyepins out. I dont think they are safe for your oven. Cook your charms in the oven following the directions on the packaging of the polymer clay.

  When they are cooked using some glue, glue the eye pins back in through the hole you made earlier.
