Pom Poms!!!

You Will Need (3 things)

Steps (18 steps, 10 minutes)

1. 1

   You will need yarn, a pom pom maker and a pair of scissors to get started.

   Wrap yarn around one half of the maker

   Wrap yarn back and forth until it is completely packed in

   Close one side of the pom pom maker and open the other. Begin winding yarn on this side until it looks like the other half.

   Once yarn is wound completely on both sides, cut the line attached to the ball or skein of yarn.

   Close both sides of the pom pom maker

   Begin cutting the yarn down the center of one side of the pom pom maker

   Now cut the yarn on the other side of the pom pom maker

    Cut an 8" strand of yarn

    Wrap the strand of yarn in between the slits of the pom pom maker and tie tightly

    Open flaps on both sides of the pom pom maker

    Pull the pom pom maker apart and trim the excess strips of yarn to create a perfectly round ball

    Once you are done trimming your pom poms, you can create something like this....

    It only takes 1,500 pom poms!!!!
