I used a two part epoxy that adheres to glass, I don't remember what brand... smelly stuff, though! kinda dried yellow, so if the parts you're going to glue are visible you might want to try something that dries more clear. you should be able to find something on a glue isle in a hardware store, just make sure it'll bond to glass.
