Gather your supplies: -tights -paint -paintbrush -cardboard strips, optional
Slide the cardboard into the legs of the tights. It will keep the paint from bleeding from the front to the back side. Then start adding dots! I free-handed mine because I like the organization but if you need a pattern, there are lots of printable ones available online. Allow the paint to fully dry, remove the cardboard and wear!
