This is a great gift idea. Make some for your friends and family! The heat lasts up to an hour.
Draw any shape you want on the fabric.
Cut out two layers of fabric and pin them together.
Sew the fabric together on your outline, but leave an opening (you will fill it later). Also trim around your shape.
Turn it inside out.
Fill the hole with rice.
Sew the unfinished part together. To heat it up, just pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
