I saw a top I loved in a catalog. I knew I would never pay $80 bucks for one, so I made a pattern and sewed it up! Isn't my model adorable? The fabric I found on the discount table for $1.50 a yard. It is a nice drapey poly blend. The edges of the sleeves and the hems are a sort of lettuce ruffle finish.
