You Will Need

Step 1
(I keep getting error messages when I add new steps, so here they are altogether.) Hem all four edges of your fabric. Add pleats and sew them down six inches or so at the top. Sew the edges of your fabric together and insert the zipper. Try it on and add more pleats if necessary. =)
