Step 1
Pleat your fabric according to the diagram.
Step 2
Sew one side of the pleats down.
Flip the pleats over and pin.
Sew down the pinned side.
Step 3
Add a strip of fabric to each side of the pleats.
Fold in half and add a zipper to the matched edges.
