Basically, I kept seeing these skirts everywhere and I wanted one but they were pretty expensive. So idecided to make my own. I got the fabric on sale; 4 dollars for 2 yards. Get your materials. Your fabric shold be twice your waist/where you want it to sit and twice how long you want it to be.
Fold it in half so that it is how long you want the skirt to be. Then sew.
Pleat your skirt and sew.
Sew the elastic on and sew down the side so you have your skirt!!! Ta-Da!!!
