You really need heavy duty scissors for that! I used crappy scissors and couldn't cut a straight line - then I tried to "repair" it by melting the edges with a lighter, which only made it worse :( Too bad I didn't keep the bottoms of the 2 other bottles I've used up for the icicle ornaments, so I made only one.
