I made these for my niece's wedding. I was looking at tissue paper pom poms on Pinterest and came across this pin and decided to try it. Here is the link to the project:. http://matsutakeblog.blogspot.com/2011/09/diy-pom-pom-light-made-from-trash.html On the site, she made hanging lights by using 2 dome lids. She also used double-sided tape (which I didn't have) so I improvided and used hot glue. I didn't glue directly onto the plastic dome lid because I didn't want to melt it. I placed a dab on cardboard and dipped the plastic bag tipped pencil into it.
