I did this for a school project.

Instructions

1. Get your materials together and spread out on an open space.

2. Heat the hot glue gun.

3. Glue two bags together and measure yourself with it.

4. Make tiers accordingly. (I used three, but it depends on what style you want.)

5. Glue tiers together.
