Ive been dragging around this tub of plaster of paris for over 10 years, my first try at it was a huge flop! so when my daughter brought home these awesome Day of the Dead molds from her Spanish class, I immediately got inspired.

First you will need to gather you supplies and clear a space for your project.
set up your mold on a raised platform, so that your magnets come out with flat backs, spray the mold with non flavored cooking spray.
follow Plaster of Paris mixing directions~ 1 part water to 1 1/2 parts Plaster of Paris, wisking the plaster into the water. I used i cup water for a bigger batch. your plaster should drip off the wisk like frosting. carefull pour the mixture into your prepared mold
after 20 ~ 30 minutes your plaster should be ready to be removed from the mold, dont worry if you break one, happens! Place your moled skulls on cardboard and let dry for 24 hours before you pait.
