Find two strips of different material and some ribbon,then cut them to a length which is a bit smaller than your head.
Tie a not at the top of your fabric and ribbon then plait them.
Once you get to the bottom of the plait sew a line of stitches across it so it does not come undone. Untie the top and do the same.
Sew the elastic to each end of the plait.
It should now look like that! <----- Next cut off the extra pieces of fabric and ribbon that are sticking out.
To neaten it up,using a glue gun, wrap a piece of ribbon around the parts of the head band where the elastic is sewn to the plait.
Finished!!!
