Step 1Place your 3 strips of fabric, one on top of the other, on top of your elastic. Sew in place where the red line is on the picture.

Step 2
Plait until you reach the end of your fabric.

Step 3
Sew the end of the plait onto the other end of the elastic and Voilà!
