A fun and funky up-cycled fashion accessory!
This hat was a fun project! I love the folds on the center of the hat, and the seam around the top just makes it look a little more floppy. And best yet, it only cost about $1.20 total (as the skirt was $1.00 at the thrift store)! Up-cycling is so fun!
