Delicious homemade pizza with yoghurt
yummy ! every week I make. I learnt this recipe from my friend. So delicious.

  • Step 1

    -I used "bazlama" (Turkish name:)you can use any kind of bread what you like
    - some yoghurt (5-6 table spoon)
    - 1 egg
    - 1 tablespoon olive oil
    - 3 number of hot-dog
    - some faggot
    - a jar of mushroom
    - sliced black olive
    - 4 number of tomatoes
    - a few fresh green pepper
    - grated some pale yellow cheese
    - salt, black pepper
    - cooking paper

  • Step 2

    - mix yogurt, egg and olive oil in a bowl
    - cut your bread into 2 plain pieces
    - cut your all food cubic :) add spices and mix with yoghurt mixture
    - and apply mixture onto bread except yellow cheese
    - place them onto cooking paper and oven pan
    - cook them pre-heated oven at 180 C 15-20 minute
    -after that add grated yellow cheese on
    - cook 5 minute

    have a good appetite !!!!

I cut up vegan hotdogs (cuz im vegetarian), and put them on my pizza too! ^_^
Its so good, especially b/c vegan hotdogs are smoky flavored.

Uhm rawr Thank you! as a bread I used "bazlama" which cooking with wheat white flour. I buy it from market Happy because I cant roll out dough yet Happy May be a kind of bread similar to "bazlama" are sold in your country. I can add bazlama's photos here and inform you Happy

Ohh sounds good! Happy You can use white bread mix for this too though (: That's what I always do, but I'm def. gonna try your recipe soon!
