This pizza base is very easy to make . It Tastes really good & makes your house smell amazing. You can put any topping on that you like. The amount of dough is very substantial & goes a long way depending on how thick you like your pizza.
This pizza base is very easy to make . It Tastes really good & makes your house smell amazing. You can put any topping on that you like. The amount of dough is very substantial & goes a long way depending on how thick you like your pizza.
Combine yeast & water in a bowl. Set aside for 5 mins.
Add 2 1/2 cups flour to yeast mix. Mix til combined.
Add 2 1/2 cups of flour & salt to mixture. Mix til dough comes together into a smooth dough.
Place into an oiled bowl & cover with cling film. Set aside to rise. Approx 1 hr.
Once well risen hand kneed to remove the air.
Roll or press out to fit the tray. Set aside for 15 mins.
Add the sauce & leave a border for the crust.
Add the additional toppings.
Place in pre heated oven 200 degrees for 25 mins or until cooked.
Remove from oven & cut & serve hot.
