I always like to keep homemade dark chocolate bark in my freezer because it is definitely a healthier option to any other baked sweets or packaged snacks. This is my new favorite – sweet and salty… with a little superfood boost from the cacao nibs.

Description

I always like to keep homemade dark chocolate bark in my freezer because it is definitely a healthier option to any other baked sweets or packaged snacks. This is my new favorite – sweet and salty… with a little superfood boost from the cacao nibs.

Instructions

  1. Over a double broiler, melt chocolate down until smooth.

  2. Once smooth, add cacao nibs and stir. Just a note – cacao nibs do not melt fully… they add a nice crunch!

  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with non-stick (I am paranoid, so I use it).

  4. Pour chocolate mix onto sheet, and top with pistachios, salt, and raw sugar.

  5. Set in freezer for at least an hour before serving.

  6. Break apart and serve.
