Cook your own Pistachio, Raw Sugar + Salt Bark
I always like to keep homemade dark chocolate bark in my freezer because it is definitely a healthier option to any other baked sweets or packaged snacks. This is my new favorite – sweet and salty… with a little superfood boost from the cacao nibs.
Over a double broiler, melt chocolate down until smooth.
Once smooth, add cacao nibs and stir. Just a note – cacao nibs do not melt fully… they add a nice crunch!
Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with non-stick (I am paranoid, so I use it).
Pour chocolate mix onto sheet, and top with pistachios, salt, and raw sugar.
Set in freezer for at least an hour before serving.
Break apart and serve.
