It was my friends birthday last thursday, she loves pirates so i decided to make her her very own pirate chest. I started by making a net out of cardboard of a chest shaped box I found on the internet. Then I cut lolly sticks to glue on top. I ended up using pliers for this! The lining was a challenge, i ended up padding pieces of cardboard and covering them with fabric before fitting them in. But the best bit was the look on stephs face when she opened her present!
