• 

  Step 1

  Take your pipe fastener & size it to your finger. They come in different sizes, some are small some are big - I chose one for my thumb.

• 

  Step 2

  Take your choice of colors & clear lacquer & spray

  I sprayed 2 layers of pink & 1 layer of lacquer letting each layer dry in between each other

• 

  Step 3

  I hung it upside down by a string to dry & the paint n lacquer sort of collected at that top part and was kind of ugly

  So I took bubble paint & put this little heart to cover it up.

  Step 4

  Let dry & wear :D
