Easy to make. Tastes delicious.

You will need

1 cup Plain Flour 1 tbsp Baking Powder 2 oz Butter 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 cup Coconut 3/4 cup Sugar 2 tbsp Butter Melted 1 20 oz can Pineapples Drained 1 tbsp Milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 350/180 degrees. Mix flour & baking powder together.

2. 

   Cut in butter. Rub in until resemble breadcrumbs. Add 1 egg & milk. Bring together.

3. 

   Press into a tray.

4. 

   Spread pineapple over the top.

5. 

   In a bowl combine egg, melted butter, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon & sugar.

6. 

   Spread over the pineapple. Bake for 40 mins until golden brown. Allow to cool.

7. 

   Sprinkle with icing sugar. Cut & serve
