Piña Colada Ice Pops

A summer cocktail turned into an ice pop.

You will need

200 grams of frozen Pineapple 165 ml Coconut Cream 2 shots Rum 1/2 cup Sparkling Water 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup 16 Cherries , pitted and halved

A summer cocktail turned into an ice pop.

Instructions

1. Place all of the ingredients in the blender, except for the cherries. Blend until smooth.

2. 

   Place a few of the cherries inside each mold. Pour the piña colada into the molds. Insert the sticks and freeze overnight. If you don't have ice pop molds, just use espresso cups.
